Arrival and departure

Check-In between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM
- in case of late arrival please inform us in advance
Check-Out until 10:00 AM
- we would appreciate if you let us know your approximate time of departure in advance

On the day of departure, we ask that you leave the accommodation by 10:00 a.m. at the latest, as cleaning work takes time. Of course, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us after arrangement!

Please leave the property as follows:
o Clear out the refrigerator
o Separate waste and take it to the waste storage place
o Load the dishwasher and turn it on
o leave the accommodation broom clean

Adapter

We have adapters for all common devices available for you at the reception.

Baby and children's equipment

On request and subject to availability, we offer our younger guests highchairs, cribs, safety rails, diaper bins, crockery and buggies (for a fee). Little helpers, such as a small bathroom footstools, are already available for you in the apartment.

Bethrobes

There are no bathrobes, you must bring your own

ATM

There are two ATMs in Ladis. One is located opposite the pavilion or Hüftgold snack bar and one is right next to the Sonnenbahn valley station.

You can get various homemade and fresh products at the 24h Regiomat vending machine.

Mountain spring water

Did you know that crystal-clear Tyrolean mountain spring water flows from all our taps? You don’t need to buy water in plastic bottles and carry it into your apartment – drinking water quality flows out of our taps.

Visitors

We ask for your understanding that the apartments are exclusively for guests staying with us. Visiting friends or family members are not permitted without prior registration.

Bed linen

Bed linen is included
for a fee they will be changed during your stay

Pay

Please pay the outstanding bill the day before your departure at the reception in Unterdorf 43. From 5:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m. You can do this in cash, by EC or credit card (Mastercard and Visa only).
Please note your international limit.

Bike-Rent

You can hire bikes directly from the local sports stores. We recommend Sport Senn (Ladis), Sport Senn (Ladis), Sport Schmid (Fiss), Intersport Pregenzer (Fiss) and Sport Burtscher (Ried).

At Intersport Pregenzer you will find the right bikes for young and old, whether hardtail, fully, downhill or road bike. Of course, you can also get the right accessories such as charging cables, protectors, bike trailers, helmets and much more.

We ask you to reserve your bikes early enough, preferably 1-2 days in advance.

After your bike tour, you can simply ride directly to your accommodation and your bike will be picked up there in the evening (please let Intersport Pregenzer know).

Both stamps and postcards are available at miniM in Ladis and at Ladis Ladele

Our own postcards are free of charge.

Check-Out

We kindly ask you to respect our check-out times until 10:00 am on the day of departure. Please settle your final bill the day before your departure between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. at reception in Unterdorf 43. Payment is possible in cash or by Maestro/EC card, Visa and Mastercard. Please note your international limit.

We also ask you to check everything again before departure so that you have not forgotten anything. We will have to charge for the cost of returning forgotten items (travel, packaging, shipping, insurance and valuable time).

Keys or key cards must be handed in at reception. If you would like to leave before 8:00 a.m., please let us know and we will tell you where you can leave your room keys or key cards.

Printer

If you want to print something, please send us the file to info@alpenresorts-ladis.at and we will be happy to do this for a small fee.

BBQ

At Laudeggpark you have the opportunity to have a barbecue in summer

Some of our apartments have a private Weber charcoal barbecue. Please note that barbecuing is only permitted in summer.

Please bring your own charcoal and lighter.
The barbecue is exclusively for grilling with charcoal and may not be used as a fire bowl! Open fire prohibited!

Towel change

We are happy to change your towels and shower towels for an extra charge of € 3.90 per set (towel and shower towel).

Towels/bath towels

We provide you with one towel and one bath towel per person

For apartments/lodges/chalets with a sauna/jacuzzi you will also receive a sauna towel

Main entrance

Your room key or key card can also be used for the main entrance to the house.

Dogs

Your beloved four-legged friends are very welcome. We ask for your understanding that we charge € 30.00 per dog per day without food. Each dog will receive a little surprise from us. Please bring your own basket, blanket etc.

Instachill cooling

Operating instructions:

Fill the tank with water before switching on the appliance.
Note: The colder the water, the cooler the effect. You can therefore also use ice water or water with ice cubes.
Pull out the drawer for the water supply at the front of the air cooler and fill with cold water up to the MAX line (water level indicator E).
Note: The water level must not exceed the limit of the MAX line to prevent the water from spilling over when the air cooler is moved.
Drain the water from the tank after each use using the water drain flap (K) and clean the special filter and the water tank regularly.
Use fresh water with every use.
Only fill the tank with clean water and do not pour any other liquid into the tank.

Functions:

Cooling

Press the “Cool” cooling system on the control panel or on the remote control to start cooling mode. Press the symbol again to switch off the cooling mode.
Note: When the appliance is switched on, the cooling function (water is pumped into the filters) is not active. The cooling symbol must be pressed each time after switching on.

Power supply

Press the on/off symbol on the control panel or on the remote control to switch on the air cooler, the corresponding light will illuminate. Press this symbol again to switch the appliance off, the light goes out.

Swivel

Press the swivel symbol on the control panel or the remote control to automatically swivel the vertical front grille, the corresponding light lights up. Press the symbol again to stop the swivel mode, the light goes out. You can adjust the rear grilles manually as required to direct the airflow from top to bottom.

Speed

Press the speed symbol so that the fan starts at the lowest speed (1). Press the symbol on the control panel or on the remote control again to set the speed from low (1) to medium (2) or high (3).

Anions

Press the anion symbol on the control panel or on the remote control. Press the symbol again to stop anion mode. ANIONEN is a system for killing bacteria in the water tank. The anion function adds a negative charge to the water, which prevents the growth of bacteria and much more. and attracts dust. The function is similar to the way an air purifier works.

Timer

Press the timer symbol on the control panel or on the remote control to set the timer. Each time the symbol is confirmed, the setting changes: from 1 to 7 hours in ascending order. Press again to switch off.

Climbing equipment

At Sport Senn in Ladis you have the opportunity to rent a climbing set.

Lanyards

We are happy to provide you with free “ALPENRESORTS LADIS DELUXE” lanyards for the Super Summer Card.

Waste disposal

Help us to protect the environment and separate the garbage together with us. Please bring the full garbage independently to the collection point.

NEW FROM 2025!

Night rest

From 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. there is a night’s rest in the Alpenresorts. We kindly ask you not to disturb the stay of other guests during this time.

Nespresso

Almost all of our apartments are equipped with Nespresso coffee machines. You can buy the capsules directly from us for € 0.70 each.

Parking lot

Parking spaces are available directly in front of the buildings. If you are arriving with more than one car, please let us know in good time so that we can reserve parking spaces.

1 reserved parking space free of charge per 1- or 2-bedroom apartment (excluding living room/bedroom), lodge, and studio
2 reserved parking spaces free of charge per 3- or 4-bedroom apartment (excluding living room/bedroom), lodge, and chalet
3 reserved parking spaces free of charge per 5-bedroom chalet

For each additional parking space required, we charge a fee of €10.00 per day and car.

If you would like to spend your departure day in our region and park your car with us, this is no problem, subject to availability. A fee of €10.00 per car applies.

Smoke

Please note that there is a general ban on smoking in our apartments/lodges/chalets. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace or balcony – please use the ashtrays provided.

Our reception for all buildings is located at the Laudegghof in Unterdorf 43.

Wednesday & Saturday & Sunday:

Damage

You notice a loose screw, a defective light bulb, an empty battery of the TV remote control or you have had a mishap? Please let us know at reception and we will be happy to help.

Key or key card

Keys or key cards must be returned to reception.
If you would like to leave before 8:00 a.m., please let us know and we will let you know where you can leave the room keys or key cards.

Ski bus (only in winter)

The ski bus stop is directly opposite the Laudegghof (at the 3 flags). The bus takes you to the Sonnenbahn cable car station. You will receive a valid ticket for the ski bus.

Ski depot

New Base Station Area in Ladis – From December 2025 / Sport Loisl

Starting December 2025, a state-of-the-art base station area awaits you in Ladis, perfectly combining comfort, service, and experience – right at the cable car station.

What to expect:

💄 Beauty stations – for little moments of pampering

🎿 Ski school office – centrally located and easily accessible

🛍️ Souvenir shop – for gifts & keepsakes

You will also find ski lockers and discounts on ski rentals at SPORT Loisl. Important information
Please read the description of your apartment carefully to check whether a ski locker is already included. If not, an additional ski locker can be booked for an extra fee and depending on availability.

Please return your ski depot key or card by 10:00 AM on your departure day. If you continue to use the ski depot on your departure day, we will charge €10.00 per key or card.

Ski passes

After completing the online check-in, you will receive your digital SFL guest card.
With this card, you can purchase ski tickets online at a discounted rate.
This way, you can start your holiday in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis without any waiting time at the ticket office – and enjoy a relaxed vacation from the very first moment.

Ski & ski boot room

In all our houses there are ski & ski boot rooms for free use.

Sodastream

Empty SodaStream gas bottles can be exchanged at reception (please note that you can only exchange a full gas bottle for an empty one).

Vacuum cleaner/ mop

Duty of care and liability

The guest is liable for any damage caused by him/her. Windows, doors and parasol must be closed when leaving the accommodation in order to avoid damage that may be caused by bad weather. The landlord is not liable for valuables of the tenant.

Safe

You have your own safe for your valuables.

Instructions:

Press the RED BUTTON (inside the door by the hinges)
You will hear three beeps and the yellow LED will light up. You have 20 seconds to start programming.
Enter the desired combination (min. three digits, max. eight digits) and confirm the entry with the “B” button.
Repeat this process
After confirming the combination with the “B” button, the green LED lights up and indicates that the programming has been successfully completed.

Safe in the Edelweiss

Laundry room

You are welcome to wash, dry and iron your own laundry at the Laudegghof in Unterdorf 43 from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Please bring your own detergent. Due to many allergies, we no longer provide any. We accept no liability for any damage.
